- Clean and disinfect bathrooms (toilet, sink, tub/shower)

- Clean microwave inside and out
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Wipe mirrors and glass surfaces
- Wipe light switches and door handles
- Make beds and change linens (if provided)
Deep Cleaning
- Everything in Standard Cleaning, plus:
- Clean inside oven and refrigerator
- Scrub grout and tile in bathrooms
- Clean baseboards, window sills, and door frames
- Wipe cabinet fronts inside and out
- Clean ceiling fans and light fixtures
- Vacuum furniture and upholstery
- Clean behind and under appliances
- Sanitize all high-touch surfaces
- Clean window tracks and blinds
Move In / Move Out Cleaning
- Full deep clean of entire property
- Clean inside all cabinets and drawers
- Clean inside oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher
- Scrub all bathrooms top to bottom
- Clean all windows inside
- Wipe all walls and baseboards
- Vacuum and mop all floors
- Remove all trash and debris
- Clean garage if applicable
- Final walkthrough inspection
Commercial / Office Cleaning
- Vacuum and mop all floors
- Dust desks, shelves, and office furniture
- Empty all trash and recycling bins
- Clean and disinfect restrooms
- Wipe down kitchen/break room surfaces
- Clean microwave and appliances
- Sanitize high-touch areas (phones, keyboards, door handles)
- Clean glass doors and partitions
- Restock paper products and soap (if supplied)
- Secure building upon departure

- Pre-vacuum entire carpet area
- Pre-treat stains and high-traffic areas
- Apply professional-grade shampoo solution
- Deep agitation cleaning
- Hot water extraction rinse
- Spot-treat remaining stains
- Groom carpet fibers
- Place drying fans for faster dry time
- Final inspection with client
- Deodorize and freshen (upon request)
Hotel / Vacation Rental Housekeeping
- Strip and replace all bed linens

- Restock toiletries and towels
